Q: How do I get a passport?

A: Application form is CLOSED.

Q: Can I get a replacement passport if I lose it?

A: Please keep your passport safe. The passports are limited and we may not be able to replace them! :(

Q: When will I need to get all the stamps in order to get the prizes?

A: April 16, 2023 is the last day to submit.

Q: How will I receive my prize?

A: Once you receive all the stamps for a region (SF Bay Area, Greater LA, NYC) OR from all Boba Guys stores (SF Bay Area, Greater LA, NYC) , please submit your stamps to this form. Once your stamps have been verified, we will ship out your prize(s) to the address you gave when you first signed up!

Q: Are kids allowed to get a passport if their parent/guardian already has one?

A: Unfortunately, you must be 18 years or older to participate in this promotion.

Q: Can I sign up for more than one passport using the same email? 

A: You can only use one passport per person.

Q: How do I get a stamp?

A: You can receive a stamp at the register after you’ve made your purchase.

Q: Do I need to purchase a seasonal drink/merchandise to receive a stamp in-store?

A: No, but you do need to purchase something in store to receive a stamp. 

Q: Can I still receive a stamp if I used Order Ahead?

A: Yes, ask your Bobarista for a stamp at the register. 

Q: Can I still receive a stamp if I used DoorDash?

A: Unfortunately, we can not stamp your passport if ordered through DoorDash. 

Q: I forgot to claim my stamp/the store forgot to stamp my passport! How can I claim my stamp?

A: You will need to make another purchase at the store if you are missing a stamp. 

Q: I’ve completed my passport twice, can I claim the prizes twice?

A: No, the prizes can only be redeemed once per person.
