HOW DO I GET BOBA GUYS TO CATER MY SHINDIG?
Please submit a request form for your on-site event and we'll let you know within 1-2 business days! We book based on availability, and events are secured by deposit and contract.
DO YOU OFFER A DELIVERY SERVICE MINUS THE BOBARISTA?
To ensure that your drinks are enjoyed at the highest quality and freshness, we send bobaristas to prepare them on-site for orders above 100 drinks. We also offer an in-store pickup service for orders under 60 drinks at select locations.
HOW DO I KNOW THAT I ORDERED ENOUGH DRINKS FOR MY BOBA-HUNGRY-EVENT-GOERS?
We advise ordering drinks for approximately 85% of expected guest count. From our experience, this is the sweet spot percentage, and don't worry, we always bring a few extra drinks ;) !
WHAT IF WE NEED MORE THAN 2 HOURS OF SERVICE?
We know you can't bear the thought of us parting ways after just 2 hours, so we do offer an additional time option for a fee of $100 per extra hour, per bobarista.
WHAT IF THERE ARE LEFTOVER DRINKS AFTER THE 2 HOURS?
After the 2 hour time frame, we assemble all the remaining drinks and leave flavor cards on the table for self-serving (but let's be honest, boba-lovers don't leave leftovers).
IS THERE ANYTHING I NEED TO PROVIDE FOR YOU?
Other than your warm, lovable smile, we just ask for a table top that can be used to serve drinks off of!
HOW DOES PAYMENT WORK?
After signing the contract, we require a 20% deposit to secure the date. The rest can be paid before or on the day of the event. We accept cash or checks in person, but if you want to be extra fancy, you can pay online with credit card!
DO YOU CATER OUTSIDE OF SAN FRANCISCO?
Yes we do! Good boba knows no bounds, however because we always work fast and hard to provide peak freshness in our drinks, there is an extra transportation fee to places outside of San Francisco at a rate of $0.30 per mile round trip.

I WANT BOBA FOR MY COMPANY LUNCH OUTING, BUT I JUST WANT TO PICKUP THE DRINKS MYSELF. CAN I DO THAT??
Heck yes! If you don't want an entire boba-entourage to do on-site catering, we offer an in-store pickup option where you can order anywhere between 20-60 drinks and pick them up from select stores. No hassle, no problem.
HOW DO I KNOW HOW MANY DRINKS TO ORDER?
We advise ordering drinks for approximately 85% of expected guest count, from our experience this is the sweet spot percentage! This takes into consideration the small percentage of people who opt out (or as we like to call them, the foolish ones).
WHAT IF MY DOG EATS MY CAR KEYS AND MAKES ME LATE FOR MY PICKUP?
Life happens, we get it. We HIGHLY recommend picking up your drinks in the 30 minute window (that you choose) simply because there is a peak freshness for boba. The longer that boba sits in a cold drink, the harder it gets and the more watered down the drinks become. We would like you and your guests to enjoy the drinks as they should be enjoyed at their highest quality, so we recommend coming 15 minutes early for your pickup.
WHAT IF I COME FOR PICKUP AND THE DRINKS ARE WRONG?
Our store managers will review the order with you when you come for pickup. If you think there is an error, just let them know and they will fix it on the spot. If you find out after you leave, just shoot us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll make it right!
HOW DOES PAYMENT WORK? CAN I PAY IN HUGS?
Unfortunately, we do not accept hugs as a form of official US payment. However we do offer the ease of paying online with credit card before your pickup so you don't have to worry about scrambling for your wallet! Just walk in, pick up, walk out. It's simple!
